Invitation to Bid The Town of San Luis is looking for proposals from qualified firms with professional experience and successful past performance to assist the Town with the development of EPA Multipurpose, Assessment, RLF, and Cleanup (MARC) grant applications. The selected consultant must also be qualified to provide grant programmatic assistance, and complete environmental assessments, cleanup plans, and reuse plans. The selected consultant will provide support in the identification of potential funding sources including identifying, writing and processing grant applications. The Town of San Luis primarily intends to assess, remediate, and cleanup by renovation or demolition of existing commercial and residential structures that are abandoned, vacant and dilapidated in support of community goal of elimination of slum and blight. The Town of San Luis will offer an Agreement for Brownfield Program Services to the Offeror (or multiple Offerors) that best meets the Town’s requirements. The Town of San Luis shall receive sealed proposals in the office of the Town Clerk until 4:00 P.M., on Friday, September 12, 2022 at the following location or by mail or email susan.sanderford@townofsanluisco:

Town of San Luis Notice of Proposed 2023 Budget
NOTICE is hereby given that a proposed 2023 Budget will be submitted to the SAN LUIS TOWN BOARD for the ensuing year of 2023 at the October 11th, 2022 Regular Town Hall Meeting held at 408 Main Street, SAN LUIS, CO. A copy of proposed 2023 Budget will be filed in the office of SAN LUIS TOWN CLERK, on October 12, 2022 where the budget will be open for public inspection. Such proposed budget will be considered for approval at the REGULAR TOWN HALL MEETING of the SAN LUIS TOWN BOARD OF TRUSTEES, on Tuesday, December 13th, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. Any interested elector of SAN LUIS may inspect the proposed budget on the town website at www.townofsanluisco.org or request a copy of the 2023 Budget be emailed by contacting the Town Clerk at townclerk@townofsanluisco.org. Any interested elector may file or register any objection(s), thereto, at any time prior to final adoption of the budget. The BUDGET HEARING and ADOPTION of the 2023 BUDGET will be held at the Regular Town Hall Meeting, December 13th, 2022 at the San Luis Town Hall, 408 Main Street. Town Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 408 Main Street, San Luis. The public is invited and welcome to attend Town Hall meetings. If you have a subject matter to address with the town council please visit the San Luis Town Hall at 508 Main Street to be placed on the next meeting's agenda or call 719-672-3321.
The mission for the Town of San Luis is to promote the public health, safety, and welfare of the residents of the Town of San Luis and to protect, to enhance and to perpetuate building states/areas of the Town reminiscent of past eras, events, and to continue to provide examples of architectural styles of the past and facilitate the availability of incentives for property owners.
