Trunk or Treat Fun!

The Town of San Luis and the San Luis Fire Department is hositng a Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot of the Town Hall on Halloween from 5 to 7 pm.
The public and business are invited to bring their Halloween decorated car trunk filled with candy for Halloween Trick or Treaters!
The top three best decorated trunks will recieve prizes!
1st Place - $100
2nd Place - $50
3rd Place - $25
Come join the community in friendship and fun to help make Halloween great fun for our San Luis children and Youth!
Trunk or Treat 2019
Ghost, Goblins, Monsters and more trailed into the San Luis Town Hall parking lot for a Truck or Treat Halloween Celebration, October 31st. Despite the freezing temperatures, a good time was had by all. All thanks to the sponsorship of the Town of San Luis and the Costilla County Fire Department; The Costilla County Social Services; Costilla County Clerk and Recorders Office; Sheriff's Department; Centennial School and local resident April Vialpano who all participated by decorating their trunks in Halloween décor and handing out candy to our local trick or treaters. The trunks were judged by the Town of San Luis and the Costilla County Clerk and Recorder's office came in 1st place; Sheriff's Office, 2nd Place and Costilla County Social Services and April Vilapano tied for 3rd. The Town and the Costilla County Fire Department would like to express a spooky thank you to all who made this event a fun success! Be sure and join us next year for this annual
